<p><b><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Senior .NET Web Developer</span></b></p>
<p>The qualifying team member will be responsible for building and maintaining internal and external facing web applications for clients. He/she will work with a dynamic and growing team to build enterprise systems that improve business productivity and support operations. The qualifying team member must possess a strong background in building scalable, maintainable, high-quality, and high performing web applications using the Microsoft technology stack.  This team member will be able to demonstrate a track record of success, and effectively execute the following:</p>
<p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES:</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop features in .NET custom applications based on feature specifications and technical designs.</li>
<li>Contribute to creating feature specifications and technical design schematics.</li>
<li>Contribute to requirements gathering and analysis activities such as storyboarding, developing use cases, and creating functional requirements specifications.</li>
<li>Create database models and build out models using SQL Server, then surface data to user interfaces by using object oriented techniques, often using object-to-relational mappers.</li>
<li>Create web user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.</li>
<li>Create web user interface server-side functionality using ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC.</li>
<li>Take responsibility for feature-focused unit and system testing (built individually and by a team).</li>
</ul>
<p>DESIRED EXPERIENCE &amp; SKILLS:</p>
<ul>
<li>Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and computer science foundations.</li>
<li>Experience with designing relational databases and optimizing database structure for performance and/or maintainability and the ability      to design and optimize stored procedures.</li>
<li>Experience with Test-Driven Development.</li>
<li>Experience with source control, work item tracking, and build management with Team Foundation Server (or similar)</li>
<li>Deep hands-on knowledge of the .NET 3.5/4.0 Framework, including Visual Studio 2008/2010, C#, ASP.NET, ADO.Net, and CSS.</li>
<li>Strong experience working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer) and experience with service-oriented architectures      (SOA).</li>
<li>Experience with Object Relational Modeling (ORM).</li>
<li>Hands-on experience building scalable web applications, in particular building high frequency and low latency web applications with      optimal memory management, performance, and scalability as a key focus.</li>
<li>Contribute to facilitating acceptance testing procedures and monitoring results.</li>
<li>Contribute to performance and load testing procedures and issue remediation.</li>
<li>Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, responsible team player and exhibit exceptional relationship management      skills.</li>
<li>Passion for building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Knowledge of sound business practices and a proven track record of anticipating and exceeding customer expectations.</li>
<li>Must be motivated with a focus on team performance.</li>
</ul>
<p>EDUCATION:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor of Science in Business/Computer Science or related field.</li>
<li>Masters in Computer Science preferred.</li>
</ul>

<p><b><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Technical Support Engineer</span></b></p>
<p>The primary focus for this team member will be to monitor and support the operations of the organization’s desktop and server applications, operating systems, and communication systems to ensure IT aligns with functional and corporate business objectives. The principal responsibilities will be to support and manage applications for all facets of the organization, at the highest level of performance and service.  The qualifying team member will participate in planning, coordinating, and designing key operational and platform activities while providing appropriate IT solutions to enhance business operations. This team member will work closely with functional decision makers to identify, recommend, and implement cost-effective IT hardware, software, network, business application, resources and communication solutions.  The ideal team member will be able to demonstrate a track record of success, and effectively execute the following:</p>
<p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES:</p>
<p>Work with functional leaders to identify key business requirements and related IT solutions and prioritize      and organize project planning.</p>
<ul>
<li>Participate in annual IT budget planning and implementation and ensure compliance with stated organizational      goals and objectives.</li>
<li>Continually review and monitor performance of IT systems and communication platforms.</li>
<li>Benchmark, analyze and make recommendations for the improvement of infrastructure and systems to      support internal team members and external clients.</li>
<li>Develop and implement IT policies and procedures, including infrastructure, architecture, security, disaster      recovery, and file retention.</li>
<li>Consistently provide written and verbal communication updates to organizational leadership and key team      members.</li>
<li>Assist in the training of Tier 1 customer support.</li>
</ul>
<p>DESIRED EXPERIENCE &amp; SKILLS:</p>
<p>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT operations and support.</p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in IT strategic planning, development, project management and policy/procedures development.</li>
<li>Solid understanding and technical knowledge of best practices relating to network operations, PC and server  operating systems and applications, and computer hardware.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to apply IT solutions towards solving business problems.</li>
<li>Customer service experience, including a sense of urgency and the ability to do what it takes to solve customer challenges.</li>
<li>Experience working with a geographically dispersed organization and customer base.</li>
<li>Must be motivated with a focus on team performance.</li>
</ul>
<p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</p>
<p>Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field; or equivalent related work experience.</p>
<ul>
<li>Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows server and PC operating systems, Microsoft Exchange, and Remote Desktop Services.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of networks and protocols:  TCP/IP, monitoring, and security.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to provide phone and in-person network, server, desktop, and application support to clients and end-users.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client locations.</li>
</ul>
<p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p>
<ul>
<li> MCITP and/or other Microsoft Certifications.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Microsoft IIS, and Microsoft SharePoint technologies.</li>
</ul>
