Emerging School Models: Broadening the Landscape for Choice

Now entering its fifth annual convening, the Emerging School Models conference continues to grow as a leading national forum on school choice and educational innovation. This year’s theme shall emphasize the broadening landscape for choice, which has been shaped by a wave of state legislation as well as the new federally funded scholarship tax credit program.

This year’s conference, hosted on September 17–18, 2026, at Harvard Kennedy School of Government in Cambridge, Mass., will focus on research, policy, and practice.

The conference registration fee is $100 to cover costs of meals, including the keynote dinner. A limited number of scholarships will be available to cover the registration fee.
