The 8th Annual Amplify Conference, hosted by the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation at the Kauffman Foundation Conference Center in Kansas City, Missouri, takes place on Friday and Saturday, November 7-8, 2025.

This year’s theme, Resilience in Real Time – Up-Rooted, Up-Lifted, and Up & Coming, reflects the strength, innovation, and leadership of educators of color who continue to rise in the face of disruption, transformation, and opportunity.
