This convening puts a spotlight on the genesis of Indicators of Distress, a tool charter school authorizers, board members, and school leaders are using to proactively identify schools BEFORE they are considered "in need of improvement." Discuss the benefits and challenges of early identifications and what that means for charter autonomy.
