In this Bold by Choice Boardroom experience, participants will explore how purposeful school visits can deepen a board’s understanding of what is really happening inside a school. Through a realistic case and practical observation tools, we’ll examine what board members should notice, what questions they should ask, how to separate evidence from impression, and how to use what they learn without crossing into management.
