Bold By Choice Speaker Series: Built Before Day 1
March 16, 2027 @ 3:00 pm – 3:45 pm EDT
Opening a school takes more than completing a checklist.
In this Bold by Choice experience, participants will explore what must truly be in place during Year 0 so a school is ready to succeed—not simply ready to open. Through a realistic pre-opening case, we’ll examine leadership, governance, enrollment, finance, staffing, culture, operations, and the transition from founding team to operating organization.
Come ready to look beyond compliance and consider what strong schools and boards need to build before Day 1.
