The #LEAD Charter School Leaders Program brings together aspiring and emerging leaders who are committed to making bold choices for students. Each cohort represents a community of educators taking intentional steps to grow their leadership, expand their impact, and create stronger outcomes for kids.

Every #LEAD cohort is united by a shared belief: leadership matters, and students deserve adults willing to act with courage and purpose. Participants come from diverse roles and backgrounds, but all are driven by a commitment to improve schools and expand opportunity.
