#LEAD Application
Welcome! Thanks for your interest in #LEAD. To apply, please complete the following application.
In addition to thoughtful responses to the questions below, candidates will upload:
- a current resume;
- a professional letter of recommendation or a copy of most recent performance evaluation; and
- a letter of support form from their sponsoring school or organization (see the template below).
This application will help us get to know you better and determine if you and your school will benefit from this program.
Lastly, candidates must have an official transcript with evidence of degree conferred sent directly from the university that granted the degree(s) to mwilson@charterinstitute.org.
Timing
Accepted applicants may begin the #LEAD program at the beginning of each fiscal quarter. Please apply by the following dates to ensure timely entry into the program:
· For a January start apply by December 18th
· For an April start apply by March 18th
· For a July start apply by June 17th
· For an October start apply by September 17th
