Through his 14 years of business and education experience, Juan blends a strong background of providing technical support with a genuine passion for advancing excellence in education. His experience in education, software as a service, and compliance has earned him a proven track record of success in providing technical assistance through various channels, including telephone, virtual, in-person and email support. Juan's background has allowed him to fine-tune his troubleshooting abilities along with his interpersonal and communication skills.  Juan holds a Bachelor's degree and is pursuing his MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
