A faithful steward to the Institute and our Epicenter partners, Stephanie McKean has over 20 years of experience in the industry and dedicates herself to advancing the user experience in her role as Director of Operations. A proven Epicenter thought leader, Stephanie’s depth of knowledge and active engagement in understanding partner needs and providing software solutions is second to none. In addition to serving as a set-up and implementation lead for Epicenter, Stephanie’s ability to act as a project manager and perform product testing and consultation adds tremendous value to the team. Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Grand Valley State University in 2006.
