Personal Responsibility | Ray O'Laughlin | TEDxBowlingGreen
Do you prefer to manage yourself or do you like to be managed by others? Bring your “who” to your “what” and experience the fulfillment and peace you’ve been longing for. A journey that begins with the person in the mirror and will take you to places you never imagined, by thinking of things you may have not considered, and doing things you’ve never done. Claim It / Do It! Love what you do, and you’ll never work a day in your life. Ray O’Laughlin quit working 30 years ago. Over that time he has been dedicated to developing leaders across the spectrum; in a Fortune 500 company, the field of education, and youth in the juvenile justice system. He strives to help individuals tap into their values, identify their strengths, and create a vision to realize their potential. They often end up leading themselves and their teams to places they never thought they’d go. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
